I’m a podcast fanatic. I spend a minimum of 2-1/2 hours in the car at least 4 days per week. Several years ago, I grew to loathe this mind-numbing daily commute. I was constantly returning phone messages, participating in conference calls, and conducting business via blue tooth. It elongated my already long workday. That was until I discovered the beauty of the audio book and the podcast. I decided my commute was no longer going to be filled with more work.
Now my commute is my respite. I settle in for the drive and tune into the next episode of one of my favorite podcasts. It’s my time to unwind, relax and educate myself in the area of entrepreneurship and online business. I now look forward to my daily commute. There is always a way to flip the script in your mindset and reframe just about anything.
You begin to become what you consume, so it’s important to choose your content intake wisely. Here are 8 of my best-loved podcasts that turned my commute from loathsome to highly productive and enjoyable.
